In recent years, the corrosion problems of heat exchange equipments in refinery became more serious, influence on long period running of plant , has become an increasingly imminent and needs to be resolved. This thesis aimed at the serious corrosion situation of main easy corrosion equipments in Lanzhou petrolchemical company, such as wet air cooler,dry air cooled heat exchanger and other heat exchanger.Through analysis the corrosive reason of cool-heat exchanger, according to corrosion types and the condition of equipments, based on the corrosion-resisting metal material,electroless plated ni p film,process chemicals corrosion inhibition,electrochemical cathode protection,organic coating and other single corrosion inhibiting research, by coordinated researching of coating-cathodic protection,electroless plating-cathodic protection,corrosion inhibitor-coating,corrosion inhibitor-electroless plating,corrosion inhibitor-corrosion-resisting metal material,corrosion inhibitor-cathodic protection, experiment was conducted single and joint protection scheme, and under the assistant of anticorrosion monitoring technology, formed complete sets anticorrosion technology of wet air cooler,dry air cooled heat exchanger and other heat exchanger and applied in practice, that is:1. Wet air cooler, designed corrosion inhibition technology of collaborative anticorrosion for external and internal tube side, insert into titanium tube of 300mm, water pan coating-collaborative anticorrosion of technics corrosion inhibitor, complete anticorrosion project about forward online-m??or and external-internal tube side monitoring. applied it to air cooler on continuous catalytic reforming unit, shows that, the corrosion rate of air cooler≯0.125mm/a achieved to production technology requirements, equipment operating well, no changes.2.Dry air cooler, designed electroless plated ni p film for internal and external tube side-collaborative anticorrosion of technics corrosion inhibitor, complete anticorrosion project about forward online-monitor and external-internal tube side monitoring. applied it to air cooler on continuous catalytic reforming unit, shows that, the corrosion rate of air cooler≯0.125mm/a,achieved to production technology requirements, equipment operating well, no changes.3. Condensing heat exchanger,designed collaborative anticorrosion of electroless plated ni-p film-protection by using galvanic anode method, applied it to air cooler on condensing heat exchanger unit.The result showed that, increase of service life over ten times; Cooling heat exchanger, designed collaborative anticorrosion technology - electroless ni-p and corrosion inhibitor, applied in crude unit. Coupon test shows that, corrosion rate is 0.050mm/a, antiseptic effect well; Below 300℃, designed electroless ni-p of oil phase heat exchanger, applied in diesel hydrotreating unit, Coupon test shows that, corrosion rate is 0.10mm/a, antiseptic effect well.
