Perforating is the primary method of well completion in oil field, which can make the well production capability reach or even exceed the production capability of ideal non-polluted naked well if operated properly. In order to maximize the production capability of the completed well by perforating and obtain the ideal perforating result, the optimization design of perforating parameters, perforating liquid, differential pressure and perforating process is necessary. Studying the rule of the impact of perforating parameter on production capability of the completed well by perforating and getting the fixed amount relation between perforating parameter and production capability can provide the basis for optimizing the perforating parameter, designing the perforating scientifically and improving the well production capability. So, we studies the methods of optimization of well perforating parameter, including the analysis method and numerical method, and sets up the forecasting equations of vertical well, horizontal well and deflecting well which can be divided into the following 3 situations: the reservoir without pollution and compaction; the polluted and compacted reservoir without penetrating pollution zone; the polluted and compacted reservoir with penetrating pollution zone. Making use of these equations, the best combinations of perforating parameter can be obtained to make the productivity ratio maximum. The point is the study of numerical method. This method first uses the software package ANSYS to get the productivity ratio of the quadratic orthogonal assemble perforating completion tests, and then uses multi-variables nonlinear regressions to get the formulas of productivity ratio- perforating parameter. Based upon these formulas, these perforating parameters are carried out the sensitivity analysis. Also, this thesis first studies the optimization method of uniform perforation on horizontal well, then establishs the optimization module which can be used to optimize perforation distribution, and solves it by genetic algorithm through an example, at last ,get the location of the bore distribution to meet the requirement of max production. On the foundation of theoretic research, the related software is compiled to optimize the perforating parameters of vertical well, horizontal well and deflecting well, which has applied to Dongying offshore field and achieved good results.
