The wire-drawing craft is one of very important wire formation technology,wire-drawing machine's hardcore-wire-drawing die usually made by hard metal or diamond-coating.however,hard metal wire-drawing die have low wear resistance,synneusis diamond wire-drawing die too difficult to treatment,the TZP ceramic material maybe the best wiredrawing die material in future. How to prepare TZP material which have high strength and high fracture toughness has become an urgently question. In this paper,Many detailed research in the influence of ball milling to raw material powder's microstruct and their aggregate size, and then obtained the best technological parameter of ball milling.In the paper,we have used the different formation technological parameters to the different loading capacities.and drawn up the curve about different formation craft and the sample quality change, from the curve,we had obtained the best parameter about powder injection molding.This paper have same experiments with the thermal decomposition performance of the binder (PW, EVA, SA) . had made the detailed inspection to the binder mixture, we had designed a degreasing weightlessness online recognizer, used this equipment and the binder thermal decomposition performance, has formulated the more appropriate degreasing heating curve.this paper had obtained the bending strength, the fracture toughness, the microstructure, sintered body's density, the line shrinkage under the different sintering temperature. And used these data to appraise the different sintering parameters. And has made the explanation to its change tendency.
