Surface plasmon resonance technique is a simple and direct sensing technique, it also can inspect reciprocity of inter-molecule in real time. As the advantages of small size, high sensitivity, immunity to electromagnetic interference and possible use of remote sensing, the future application of SPR sensors is prospected. Molecular imprinting is a research method of functional polymer developed in recent several decades. The selective recognition of polymers to the template molecule is obtained through the "memory effect" of the cavities in the polymer which are formed during the polymerization process to the template used. Significant progresses have been received in the application in the areas as chiral separation, artifical antibody, sensor and catalysis. In this thesis, we choose to combine molecular imprinting technology (MIT) with surface plasmon resonance (SPR) technology. We made molecular imprinted polymer films through a variety of methods which contain general thermal polymerization, field thermal polymerization, field photo- initiaed by UV and detected them by SPR. Trying to find one new method so that we can offer a wide choice.General thermal polymerization: First through the theoretic study and the experimental study of UV spectra, we selected the template, monomer and cross-linking agent ratio of S3: MAA: EGDMA=1:6:8. Experiments showed that the reaction time, temperature, concentration and monomer species affect the thickness and density of the MIP. Molecular imprinting polymerization triggered by heat was carried out at 65℃for 5h using methacrylic acid as functional monomer and EGDMA as cross-linking (S3: MAA: EGDMA=1: 6: 8), acetonitrile as the solvent. This MIP film of S3 was uniform and sTable. The field film-forming method was not found in any documents, both at home and abroad. We made molecular imprinted polymer films sucessfully through the two methods which contain filed thermal polymerization and field photo- initiaed by UV-light, when we selected S3a for template, MAA for monomer and EGDMA for cross-linking agent in the former one, UV-light for illuminant in the latter one.
