Since entering the 21st century, our country 's modernization has speeded up, the emission of industrial exhaust gas has been increased, pollution has become more and more serious. With the growing awareness of environmental protection, The electrostatic precipitator as a major environmental protection products is getting more and more attention by the people. The electrostatic precipitator for a high efficiency, low energy consumption, small footprint ,can be handled opium gas widely used in gas ,and other characteristics of electricity, metallurgy, building materials, oil and other industries.The precipitation power is the key equipment of electrostatic precipitator and its performance's quality has enormous influence to the efficiency of the electrostatic precipitation. As the enhancement of national dust emission standard, the traditional single-phase precipitation power's performance has been unable to satisfy the request of the new standard, to develop a kind of highly effective and new practical power to substitute the traditional single-phase precipitation power is necessary. So we have designed an intelligence controller of three-phase high-voltage static electricity precipitation power which takes TMS320F2812 as the control core.In this paper, a new type of three-phase high voltage power supply is designed. Where, the main circuit is constituted by three pair of anti-parallel thyristor modules, combining setting value and feedback value , TMS320F2812 can control and adjust the thyristor conduction angle , and then control output voltage. In view of the technical characteristic of three-phase precipitation power, "broken-line control" algorithm is designed to control the output voltage after the spark ; the problem of three-phase synchronize time series is solved by using digitial technology; Moreover, a method to distinct and inhibit Anti-Electric-Corona happened in the high resistivity dust field is proposed; In addition, a new method is introduced to solve the technical problems of continuous flashover ,which is existed in the three-phase power. At the same time, the RS-485 bus is designed, several intelligent controllers connect to the host computer through RS-485 bus, host computer can achieve the centralized management and dispersion control.Hardware circuit and software of intelligence controller have achieved . Finally, the experiments of three phase power supply are carried out.
