Isoflavones,a important subgroup of the flavonoid family, have wide range of physical activity and pharmacological activity, such as:Anti-cancer,anti-tumor and anti-estrogen and estrogen,anti-oxidation,bettering cardiovascular systerm and so on. In recent years,A variety of chronic disease prevention and treatment of isoflavones and isoflavone-O-glucosides have been paying attention widely. The thesis has two parts, the first part has studied new synthetic methods of isoflavones, the second part has studied new synthetic methods of dextran modified isoflavone. The first part:having studied synthetic routes of 7-Hydroxy-4'-methoxy-isoflavone, 7-Hydroxy-4'- methyl -isoflavone,Genistein,discussed technological conditions, gotten better synthetic conditions,Yield:85%,80%,53%.The second part:having studied and designed novel synthetic routes of dextran modified isoflavone, hydroxyl of isoflavones have been protected by ethyl chloroacetate or chloroacetic acid;isoflavone grafted to dextran(dex40) via its terminal carboxylic acid group with the presence of nucleophilic reagent 4-dimethylamino-pyridine and coupling reagent N,N'- dicyclohexylcarbodiimide. In this thesis, three isoflavones, nine isoflavone derivatives,The structures synthesized,in which nine isoflavone derivatives were new compounds, were confirmed by ~1HNMR spectra.
