A large amount of aluminium ash is generated in the process of aluminium's production by Electrolysis. The ash will pollute the environment and turn to useless resource if we abandon it as waste residue. The study have very important actual significance which contained reclaiming the aluminium resource and manufacture ultrafine aluminium because the techniques will be protect our environment,reclaiming the availability resource and manufacture nano—oxide of alumina with low cost.A new technique of manufacturing powder of oxide of alumina by aluminium ash is introduced in this article which we could get the solution of aluminium sulfate by Sulfuric acid and aluminium ash. The influence of all the factor like concentration of Sulfuric acid,temperature of reactions time of reactions the dosage of Sulfuric acid and so on is investigated by experiment of one-way analysis. The rate of lixiviate exceed 95% with the fitting technique.The ion of iron in the solution of aluminium sulfate was wiped off by the way of deposition with the reagent of Potassium ferrocyanide. This method has a high ability to wipe off the iron which could lower the concentration of iron to several PPM in solution. The main factor of this reaction was investigated by experiment. The rate of iron's wiped off could exceed 97.39% with the fitting manipulation.Ammonium aluminum carbonate hydroxide(AACH) and the solution of ammonium sulfate were produced by the way of deposition reaction with the material of aluminium sulfate and ammonium bicarbonate. The aluminium oxide which diameter was less than 100nm is received by filtration,lavation and calcinations from AACH. The crystal of ammonium sulfate was received by evaporation from solution of ammonium sulfate. The influences of all the factor of the aluminium oxide's diameter are investigated by one-way analysis, the factor of influence involve thickness of the solution of ammonium sulfate,the pH of the solutions style of dispersing agent and the dosage of dispersing agent. At last an optimization technique was obtained. The production is testified toα-Al2O3 with the diameter is 60nm by the way of XRD,SEM and so onAmmonium sulfate is an outgrowth which is obtained by inspissations and desiccation from the filtrate. The content of N in the outgrowth is 18.2%.It is a new technique to manufacture ultrafine aluminium oxide from aluminium ash. It has many excellence which like the material is inexpensive,the technique is briefness,the value of manufacture is high and with no exhaust gas,no sullage,no second waste residue. So this technology have a big potential benefit of economy.
