Centers for Disease Prevention and Control wastewater from the main laboratory wastewater and domestic sewage component.The laboratory wastewater quality is very complex,volatile emissions cycle,intermittent strong,and no discharge of water law.Such wastewatetr contains pollutants the more complex components,in addition to containing detergent and common organic solvents,it also may contain more acid, toxic and harmful organisms(three-letter,phenol and environmental hormones,and other substances),heavy metals or pathogenic micro-organisms and new material.If allowed to be emission it is bound to deal with water pollution,the spread of the disease to human health and ecological environment.This issue is through analysis and track the emission of Jingdezhen Center for Disease Prevention and Control wastewater,on this basis,to determine the wastewater treatment.First of all,using flocculation sediment removal of heavy metals in the waste water in one of the factors based on orthogonal identifed chloride flocculant(PAC) and polyacrylamide(PAM) complex under the conditions of the best combinations,PAC for the 30mg/L,PAM is 0.1mg/L,and works on the verification in optimal conditions,the effect of flocculation,the results show that the PAC+PAM flocculant mixed on the removal of heavy metals in more than 90%lower Follow-up to deal with the waste water of the poison and harm the environment.This was followed by flocculation and sedimentation after the waste water sewage after the convergence of biological and chemical processing,using BIOFOR Biological Aerated Filters(BAF) approach,Study on the start and operation of BIOFOR BAF, within half a month in the COD Removal rate stabilized at 90%,within a month nitrogen removal rate of up to 60%.Finally,as biological and chemical treatment of water through the disinfection ClO2 into the water,the dosage of ClO2 is 15mg/L, the waste water for coliform 89MPN/L,total residual chlorine is 6.9mg/L.Through the Methods of Flocculation precipitation+BIOFOR BAF+ClO2 disinfection deal with the Jingdezhen Disease Prevention and Control Center wastewater,the quality of emissions water can achieve the "Hospital body of water pollutant discharge standards"(GB18466-2005) standard level emission standards. This technology is very simple and efficient,the process is running at less cost to 1.16 yuan/m3.
