The amorphous and nanocrystalline Fe-based alloy has better the soft magnetic properties,such as magnetic conductivity,magnetic electricity,Fe-loss and so on, than Si-steel slice,and much cheaper,so are widely used in distribution transformer, IF transformer,high-power inductor,reactor and so on.There is great significance of studying on how to improve the magnetic properties of amorphous and nanocrystalline Fe-based alloy.The magnetic conductivity and quality factor of the two different components composite ferrite core,Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 and Fe78Si13B9,were mainly systemally studied in this paper.First of all,the preparation craft of low temperature agglutination formation of Mn-Zn ferrites was developed.Then the influence factor of ferrite Sol,heat treatment process and testing temperature to the soft magnetic properties of composite magnetic core,were studied,their rules had been found.The results show that magnetic permeability of the core rate decreased and the Q value slightly increased with the increasing of quantity of ferrite Sol.Magnetic conductivity of composite magnetic core will reach the maximum,60,while heat treatment process being 500℃for 2hours,and the test frequency being 500 KHz. Quality factor Q of composite magnetic core fluctuate in the frequency range of 200KHz to 1000KHz,the maximum values of quality factor reached 51 in 500KHz.Test temperature affected both the magnetic conductivity and the quality factor of the composite magnetic core.While test temperature increased from 30℃to 80℃,the magnetic conductivity decreased from 60.1 to 58.4,the change rate was 2.8 percent,while the quality factor dropped from 59 to 54.The magnetic permeability of the core reached the maximum 32 and the values of quality factor reached 30 with the quantity of ferrite Sol being 7%,heat treatment process being 500℃for 2hours,test temperature being 30℃and the test frequency being 1MHz.
