Fluid with sand did severe harm to the hydraulic turbine transition parts and the hydraulic architecture. How to evaluate the wear properties and corrosion properties of materials and improve them are the key problems that influence the further development of national hydropower.Based on the analysis of experimental methods of abrasion resisting and corrosion resistance, this thesis brought different additive process and quantity to improve the impacts of 13-4 martensite stainless steel. Reinforced cast martensite stainless steel by modified nano-SiC powders had been designed and prepared in this paper. The feasible and low cost of process was carried out to prepare reinforced cast martensite stainless steel, which had good mechanical performance and use characteristics for future industry manufacturing. The microstructures, property of mechanical, anti wear property and corrosion resistance was studied; the theories of strengthening, anti wear property and corrosion resistance was discussed.Microstructures and properties of the samples were investigated and discussed by optical microscope, SEM, and mechanical testing. The results showed that the toughness of samples by different adding process and adding quantity were increased by 38.56% and 3.42% respectively. And the ductile fractures were obtained. The anti corrosion property in FeCl3 and NaCl was increased by 48.94% and 69.38% through adding nano-powders different process and quantity. The wear resistance was increased by 78.23%, and the ductile fractures are obtained.The technology, materials reinforced by modified SiC nano-powders was advanced, and added value is high. Furthermore, equipment and process were simple and operation was easy. Overall performances of the stainless steel could be improved effectively and energy consumption can be reduced. It could be widely applied in the casting production, and realized the green production and the sustainable development.
