As the continuous extrusion technology develops dramatically, there is an increasing demand in the level of awareness about its working principle and working state. Simulation technology has been used in the field of the continuous extrusion technology and achieved the certain results.It is highly concerned that how to deepen the understanding of the continue extrusion technology and verify the conclusions of numerical simulation througy experiments. During the detecting course of the continuous extrusion machine,there are many dynamic parameters and the large amount of datas, so we set up the testing and analysing system by means of the software LabVIEW to achieve a multi-channel real-time data acquisition.During the producing course of 80×10mm2 copper busbar, the dynamic parameters we need test and analyse are the spindle speed, the armature current, the squeezing temperature and the squeezing stress.Firstly, the paper explain the basic functions of the testing system's hardwares and the signal acquisition process. Secondly, the article makes a detailed explanation on how to design the Program Library of Regression Analysis which is the main tool in data analysis. Finally, the paper makes a deep data analysis.Data playback and data display are newly additional functions for the data testing system. It is easy to design the Program Library of Regression Analysis. According to the needs, people can achieve the regression analysis of any function models. At the same time, the system has a screening data function for Excel format data. The system of data acquisition and data regression analysis are both independent, and when the two systems are combined to test and analyse datas at the scene, it has a certain real-time degree. It is basically the same for the simulated results and experimental results by comparing them. According to the Program Library of Regression Analysis, not only the One-dimensional functions but also multi-dimensional functions on the testing parameters can be fit out. With the help of dynamic parameter functions, we can analyse the relativelies between dynamic parameters and the relativelies among dynamic parameters. Finally,we can furtherly know the interaction degrees of dynamic parameters quantitatively.Results of actual application show that this testing and analysing system has high reliability and has met the testing and analysing demands of dynamic parameters for the continuous extrusion machine. The functions among corresponding parameters have a certain real significance.
