In this paper, the as-received AZ31 Magnesium alloy was possessed and annealed in different conditions. Microstructures and textures in the present samples were performed by optical microscopy (OM), scan electron microscopy (SEM), scan electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction, respectively, the microstructure and crystal orientation of material flow behavior are studied in detail,the change of tissue and texture On the impact of electromagnetic shielding efficiency are analyzed.On the first, proceeding hot press extrusion onф152mm cast rod,it generate twin deformation for the first time extrusion.The new recrystallize crystal grain generated in re-extrusion process is very small,and the average grain size of the new is 2μm. Texture analysis, hot extrusion process of the formation of a typical {011?0}fiber texture, and texture to the strengths of the initial {011?0}<10 1?7>face together. After the second Squeeze, {01 1?0}surface texture strengen from 1.26 to 13.48.The test and analysis of electromagnetic shielding effectiveness shows that the shielding effect increased after hot extrusion.In the hot extrusion on the basis of secondary squeeze has been squeezedФ70mm rods annealing, and in 300℃40min get of annealing, the average grain size of the smallest, 350℃annealing 40min and then get a small crystal axis, and other organizations.Annealing temperature to 400℃, and then the rate of crystallization of the experience is growing up. Texture analysis,after annealing process,the surface texture such as{0110},{066 1},{02 2? 1},Its strength changes with the strength of the annealing temperature. On the impact of electromagnetic shielding efficiency are analyzed.Analysis shows that the changes of texture in hot extrusion process of annealing process,the impact of electromagnetic shielding effectiveness is in -2dB ~ 4 dB in the frequency range of 30MHz ~ 1.5GHz.For processing into a ladder out of the hot-rolled plate for high-temperature, the deformation quanta hot rolled plate were 13%,25%,45%,57% and 65%. In hot-rolled process, with deformation quanta increase, recrystal grain scale escalation, crystal twin tissue taper in plate organizations.when the deformation quanta is 65%,the recrystalli- zation organizations accounted for more than 95%.Texture analysis, {0001}texture components in the variable-intensity small decline,and then, With the increase of deformation quanta,gatherring to {0001}<1100>surface.when the deformation quanta is 65%,the strength value of {0001}surface reaches 14.37.The test analysis of electromagnetic shielding effectiveness shows that the electromagnetic shielding of hot-rolled plates,in which the deformation quanta is 65%,was the most effective.
