In this paper,the use of Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4), four four-ring vinyl polysiloxane (D4Vi) and trifluoro-propyl methyl siloxane cyclotriphosphazene (D3F), through the pre-emulsion and the open-loop response, synthetic organic silicon / Organic Fluorine - silicon oligomer; affecting polymerization catalyst, composite emulsifier, the reaction temperature were studied, indicating that D4, D4Vi, D3F is a good total organic silicon monomer, the weatherability of the emulsion and the anti-James there is still a marked improvement of sewage.In the synthesis of pure acrylic emulsion based on, the D4, D4Vi, D3F and coupling agent KBM602, acrylic emulsion of a modified. Late the use of oxidation-reduction system, low temperature polymerization processes, preparation of silicon emulsion, very good at avoiding KBM602 silicon oxygen in emulsion polymerization process, causing a large number of gel hydrolysis condensation phenomenon. Modified emulsion was milky blue; acid, basic good; increased wall coating of the anti-al, anti-oxidation, anti-UV and fouling of; markedly improved water resistance, a good emulsion stability; in interior decoration , industrial protective leather and fabric surface treatment widely used in areas such as the value has greatly enhanced the life of exterior wall coating, to achieve the purpose of environmental protection.Discusses the organic silicon and organic fluorine at the same time modified acrylic emulsion, modified method, modified silicone oligomers such factors as the amount of properties on the emulsion. And infrared spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis (Tg, DSC) on the emulsion structure and properties were characterized. The study found that the modified acrylic emulsion, water-resistant latex membrane, and adhesion, flexibility and better performance than the surface of pure acrylic emulsion and silicon emulsion.
