As the background of research of nanomaterials and with the emphasis of preparing semiconductor nanomaterials,this thesis reports on the latest progress in research of nanomaterials and our research achievements.A series of novel semiconductor nanomaterials were prepared using coordination-homogeneous precipitation method. This thesis mainly consists of three major aspects.1.Cd(OH)2 nanobelts were successfully prepared using coordination-homogeneous precipitation method.The CdO semiconductor nanomaterials with similar morphology could be obtained by calcining Cd(OH)2 nanobelts under 350℃in air for 4 hours.The products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),selected area electron diffraction(SAED),ultraviolet-visible light spectrum(UV-Vis) and thermo-gravimetric /differential thermal analysis(TG/DTA).The effect of some factors,such as reaction temperature,reaction time,ammonia concentration and different anions on Cd(OH)2 morphology were investigated.The formation process of Cd(OH)2 nanobelts was also discussed.2.Superlong Cd(OH)2 nanowires were successfully prepared using coordination-homogeneous precipitation method.The CdO semiconductor nanomaterials with similar morphology could be obtained by calcining Cd(OH)2 nanowires under 350℃in air for 4 hours.The compositions,structure,morphology,optical properties of the products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer(EDS) and ultraviolet-visible light spectrum(UV-Vis).The effect of some factors,such as reaction temperature,ammonia concentration,the amount of silver nitrate and calcining temperature on the morphology of the product were investigated.The Ag+ should have guide the growth of one-dimensional nanomaterials in the reaction system. 3.Superfine nano-sized ZnO particles that have high photo-catalytic activity were prepared using coordination-homogeneous precipitation method.The as-made samples were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),ultraviolet-visible light spectrum(UV-Vis),Zeta potential measure and X-ray diffraction(XRD). Taking the degradation of MB dye as model reaction,effect of some factors,such as light source,calcining temperature,calcining time and the amount of nano-sized ZnO particles catalyst on the catalytic property were examined.Results showed that the ZnO sample has high photo-catalytic activity and stability under sunlight.
