The study of extraction process in the oxidative molybdenum concentrate and the application of micro emulsion to extraction of metal ion are reported in this article.First, it has been studied for the process conditions and dynamics performance of leaching calcium molybdate with sodium solution. On the basis of thermodynamics analysis, the influencing factors of leaching ratio are researched about concentration of sodium carbonate solution, leaching time, leaching temperature, so on by orthogonal regression design experimental method. The suitable technological conditions are determined and the results are consistent with one of thermodynamics analysis. Reaction kinetics studies show that the solid-liquid reaction is first order reaction to the concentration of sodium carbonate solution, and the apparent activation energy is 28.09 kJ/mol, and the pre-exponential factor is 0.3054 s-1 within the range of experimental temperature (50-80℃). According to the magnitude of activation energy, we can conclude that the leaching process is controlled by the chemical reaction associated with diffusion processThen, on the baisis of the content analysis of the ore and reactive thermodynamics analysis, it is determined for the process conditions of leaching lead molybdate with NaClO-Na2S mixing solution. The influencing factors of leaching ratio are researched about concentration of Na2S solution, leaching time, leaching temperature, so on by orthogonal regression design experimental method. The results indicate that the concentration of sodium sulfide solution is a main influencing factor, the leaching temperature is second one, but the leaching and oxidating time have little influence compared with the mentioned above two factors. And the leaching ratio of lead molybdate can come to 98.8% under suitable conditions.Last, the process conditions of extracting Mo with micro-emulsion liquid have been studied. Pseudo-ternary phase diagrams are presented in quaternary micro-emulsion system of CTAB, n-butanol, cyclohexane, concentration of NaOH solution. The system stability is investigated under different mass ratio between CTAB and n-butanol, as well as the concentration of NaOH solution. On the basis, the influencing factors of extracting ratio are reseached about the concentration of external hydrochloric acid, internal sodium hydrate solution and trioctylamine. The experimental results indicate that the extracting ratio can come to 93.6% under optimal conditions in single stage.
