The problem of healthy has become a topic of concern for people. the increasing popularity of the handset makes it more and more attention to their electromagnetic radiation is harmful to human health hazards, electromagnetic field numerical method in dealing with the issue of irregular shape electromagnetic flexibility makes it At Bioelectromagnetics obtain a wide range of applications. It is precisely because of these two considerations, in this paper would like to try using electromagnetic field numerical method—finite difference time domain method and finite element method based on the development of high frequency structure simulation software (HFSS) to analyze the radiation characteristics of handset antennas and handset radiation produced in the body the head of the Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) value of the distribution. In this paper, first of all give a definition of specific absorption rate and domestic and international standards for electromagnetic radiation exposure, through these elements will allow us to contrast the absorption rate and absorption rate than that there is a limit of perhaps know. Also give the handset communications equipment SAR value of some of the effects of factors behind a specific study section provides ideas and direction. Secondly, this paper constructed a commonly used handset antennas-monopole antenna, and the use of FDTD analysis of two-dimensional case of the radiation characteristics of monopole antenna, and finally through a simulation programming from zero monopole antenna start time to 300 hours of near-field antenna within the scope of distribution of electric and magnetic fields. And according to the algorithm is near far-field transform theory to calculate the antenna far-field characteristics. Simulation of process and simulation results show that the algorithm when the computer memory occupied by smaller, faster emulation and simulation have a very high accuracy. Finally, the combination of mobile communications actual human head model and the biology of electromagnetic electromagnetic properties of biological tissue, build out a similar three-dimensional model of human head. For more accurate simulation of the head with all levels of organizations, the model from outside to inside is divided into three tiers, namely, the skin layer, bone layer and the brain layer. In this paper, from modeling to give the final calculated results of flow simulation. Through HFSS simulation software to draw a monopole antenna at 835MHz and 1800MHz job-frequency points, respectively one-half the antenna length and a quarter wavelength at different depths inside the head of the SAR values and simulation data and usually require the standards make the comparison. By comparing the given frequency and antenna size and the head with the relationship between the distribution of SAR values, but also give the design of the antenna at a few points at the time of reference.
