Ladel Furnace is refining equipment,and it has the outstanding overall function, obtained the widespread application in the steel-making production,the LF metallurgy model application is helpful to reduces the electricity to consume,the electrode waste, the argon consumption as well as the alloy consumption,and enhances the quality and the stability of production.This article has carried on the numerical simulation to the Baotou Steel Factory 150 ton LF ladle furnace experimental study as well as to the ladle furnace main metallurgy process, and carried on had the pointed discussion, provided the theory instruction by the time to the equipment along the line and the potential.The topic take the metallurgy process theory as the foundation,apply stable state process equation of continuity,the momentum transport Navier-Stokes equation and the rapids double equation model to the flow field, the temperature field and the mixed the uniform time to carry on numerical simulation analog computation for Baotou Steel Factory 150 ton LF ladle furnace.developed can really calculate has the complex shape LF stove process computational procedure. Calculates the tool to use the FORTRAN language,uses the TECPLOT software for the graph processing tool.Comparative analysis to the result of tests and the numerical simulation result ,further regarding had the complex structure LF stove flow field, the temperature field had the further understanding.compared with the flow field shape,the rapids kinetic energy and the low flux area,under the different position, the different argon blowing quantity, had determined blew the position, the best argon blowing quantity best;apply to the molten steel temperature field simulator study,analyzed has caused the temperature drop reason,has given the molten steel interior reasonable temperature distribution;the bound the result of water tests and the numerical simulation,gave the best tracer material to enter the position and commix time.This article have certain theory and the reference.to research the complex structure hot metal ladle refining furnace .
