In this dissertation three kinds of phthalocyanine are synthesized with DBU liquid-phase method. The products are purified by column chromatography and the structures are characterized by IR spectroscopy and NMR spectrum. Then, the UV-Vis spectra and the catalytic oxidation properties of Congo Red dye are studied.when pH value was 2,light intensity was 350W,Congo Red's concentration was 10mg/L, phthalocyanine's concentration was 0.1g/L.H2O2 was 1.5ml.In 80minutes,the degradation of Congo Red was 90.7%.The increase of oxidant concentration will increase the degradation rate of dyes, continue to increase concentration, the degradation rate reached its limit.UV light also affects the degradation of Congo Red, UV light provides higher energy than the visible light,to speed up the degradation rate.Comparison of three kinds of phthalocyanine compounds, the catalytic degradation of performance, under the same conditions, esterification improved solubility of phthalocyanine in solution. The reducment of the aggregative phthalocyanine improved catalytic degradation efficiency. For the dye degradation effects:PH value>UV light intensity>Oxidant concentration>reaction temperature.
