In the forming process of the mold, the quality of the forming parts which measure mold forming is a key factor, while improving the quality of molded parts, it can be processed on the die, improving performance of mold forming, and then enhance the quality of formed parts. A large number test had proven, in forming process, high-quality molds not only can improve the quality of molded parts, reduce rejection rate, also can improve the processing performance of mold, compensate defects in the process of mold design and manufacture, reduce the number of mold repair, increase the die life.This paper study is the use of complex texturing technique of laser treated for mold on the blank drawing. In recent years, the research group has a series of in-depth study and research on laser texture and laser micro-texturing, this paper has a treatment of the mold by laser composite texturing (laser texture and laser micro-texturing), by changing the mold surface friction conditions to realize the material flow during mold control, so as to improve the processing performance of mold and improve the quality of molded parts.First, in order to facilitate the deep drawing process of the analysis, this article in accordance with the molded shape of the force area were divided into five regions in total: flange, die corner area, cone wall area, corner punch area, cone roof area. Through the analysis of each region, it can conclude that the law of the forming process of the stress and strain variation in various parts of blank during.Secondly, finite element analysis software is used to simulate the forming process and forming surface quality parameters also were simulated, through analyzed and compared the thickness of the molding parts, residual stresses, strain and other changes, it is conclude that the law of formed parts of composite texturing mold, it also provides a theoretical basis for verification.Again, using the preceding analysis, it was laser composite texturing treatment to a key component of cone mold, and had deep drawing test. According to the previous mechanical analysis and simulation results, using laser punch fillet area of texture processing; on the die corner area of the micro-cast. In order to prevent the aging effects on the part dimensions, the thickness of the molded parts were measured and found that the composite shape punch corner molding pieces of the danger zone section thickness has increased.Finally, it is test to the molding surface quality detection and mold texturing zone microstructure measurements by use the testing equipment. Through the test results, compared with the no- composite texturing, two angles of rebound of the composite texturing forming parts punch and die can be controlled, the residual stress of the two rounded areas were improved, and mold texturing point had a corresponding increase in the hardness. This result is consistent with the simulation and mold texturing point a corresponding increase in hardness. Thus, composite texturing die can not only improve the quality of molded parts but also die life and drawing performance had improved accordingly.
