Currently, there are still some problems in local semi-closed space ventilation about poison gas, and it did not have great importance to the existence of security risks. In order to place explosive toxic gas detoxification of local semi-enclosed space ventilation better ventilation, ventilation is more economical, more to improve the operating environment, the paper was overhead absorption than the gas - air jet ventilation key technologies.The main research content of the following: Study on dedusting mechanism of Technology Research On High Absorption Ratio Of Gas -gas Jet Ventilation, including the swirling jet basic theory, working principle of HAROGJV, the basic properties of equations, factors, gas -air jet ventilation range of parameters the theory to be confirmed; HAROGJV device of the key technical parameters optimization, including different nozzle diameter, different pipe lengths, different pressure gas flow to the suction volume and other parameters of influence; developed ventilation, high efficiency, suction volume, noise ratio and low overhead gas jet suction device, and fully mechanized coal face high drilling field test of industrial ventilation.In this paper, methods mainly clude theoretical analysis, experimental studies and field tests and research. Theoretical analysis include limited space jet theory, computational fluid dynamics, ventilation, dust, and mathematical statistics, theory of HAROGJV to determine the parameters and scope of experimental studies; laboratory research, carried out with different absorption duct making, the establishment of experimental systems, measurement and analysis of experimental data, using orthogonal and the method of combining individual performance test and analysis obtained o HAROGJV device of the best matching parameters.Meanwhile, gas jet noise issues arise in the initial experiments; industrial experiment, the choice of Huaibei Coal Mining Group, 714 South Qi Gong Zuomian working space .
