My frequent occurrence of large areas of red tide, leads to some of the marine ecosystem structure and function almost completely collapsed, China's environmental quality of coastal waters showed the red card, the worldwide use of marine resources and maritime economy has had serious negative impact. State Council promulgated the "National long-term development plan for science and technology", the plan will enhance the marine ecological and environmental protection technical research, develop ecology and environmental protection, coastal, restoration and Hai Shang emergency response processing, "Environment" priority areas in the "Marine Ecology and Environmental Protection" of the priority themes. How to be safe and effective management of red tide research in the international marine environment is one of difficult and hot spots.In this paper, we use strong electric field discharge of atmospheric to make hydroxyl radical. Using-OH treatment plankton experimental systemⅠand-OH treatment experimental system II to treat red tide algae. In this paper, died of red tide outbreaks of red tide algae to reach the benchmark levels are not the main study areas, we also use plankton·OH treatment experimental system I to treat red tide algae and to identify the best spraying equipment of specifications and the best place depth; and under its condition, to treat 7.21×105 cell/mL Chaetoceros spin chain and make it to the outbreak of red tide is not required for hydroxyl radical concentration of 0.728mg/L; treat the original 8.24×104 cell/mL Ocean dinoflagellate red tide outbreaks and to achieve the required non-hydroxyl radical concentration of 0.708mg/L; kill 7.31×103 cell/mL marina and make it an outbreak of red tide does not reach the required concentration of hydroxyl radicals 0.624mg/L. According to the experimental data, further improve the system to establish-OH treatment plankton experimental system II, in this system based on 2.5×104 cell/mL, 6.0×104 cell/mL,9.0×104 cell/mL mixed algal species experiment of hydroxyl radicals, died of 2.5×104 cell/mL,6.0×104 cell/mL,9.0×104cell/mL mixed algal species need hydroxyl radical concentrations were 0.7mg/L,1.1 mg/L,1.3mg/L. Died algae isn't regeneration of imagination within five days. Water quality index values within the second class of sea water standards.Indicators of biological mechanisms changes can certificate hydroxyl radical effect on the treatment of planktonic algae. Hydroxyl radical has an important effect on forms of marine planktonic algae and activity, chlorophyll a, glutathione concentration, DNA, RNA, nucleic acid content were verified.Hydroxyl radical has a strong killing effect on the marine red tide algae and no outbreaks of red tide to reach the benchmark concentration. Results of the experimental can effectively control environmental pollution of Bohai Sea appear in the marine pollution now, and it has a long-term development of the value of it.
