Soil is key links of food chains in the terrestrial ecosystems. Soil quality directly affects the quality and quantity of plant products, and thus influences people's health. The total amount of heavy metals, such as Cd, Pb and Ni, and its measurements are critical factor for evaluating the extractability and bioavailability of heavy metals in soil. However, many results showed that only the total amount of heavy metals in soil can not predict the biological assessment of the effectiveness of heavy metals in soils and its environmental effects. Therefore, the total amount of heavy metals in soil and biological content of the effective combination of state research is necessary. In this paper, the contents of heavy metals in soils collected from different regions of Anhui province were studied. The extractable efficiencies of four extractants, i.e., for extracting Cd, Pb and Ni from three soils were investigated. The relationships between the pH, soil organic matter, available P and the amounts of extractable and the total heavy metals in soil were also compared. The experimental results show that:(1)The extraction capacity on Pb, Ni, Cr of four soil extraction was HCl> DTPA> NH4NO3> NH4AC, it's a negative correlation between the soil extracted Pb, Ni, Cr and soil pH, organic matter, available P .it's often positively correlated relationship Beteen total soil Pb, Ni, Cr ang soil pH, organic matter, available P.(2)There was a very significant positive correlation between Pb of Shajiang Black on total volume and NH4NO3 extraction, it was fitting equation y = 23.8679 / (1 +0.2731-0.8681 x) R2 = 0.8228.(3)In the three soils, low concentrations of lead promoted the growth of wheat while a high concentration inhibited. The majority of lead crops absorbed accumulated in roots, the transfer to stems and leaves was very little. Wheat seedlings to showed patience to lead in soil, that is, to deal with wheat stems and leaves of the cumulative concentration of lead was steady increased with the soil increased concentration of lead, . And the correlated relationship between the extraction heavy metals of NH4NO3 NH4AC and wheat biomass and accumulation was significantly.(4)The biomass of wheat seedings in red soils and Yellowish red soils decreased significantly while in Shajiang black soils at low concentrations of cadmium the biomass of wheat increased. Wheat seedlings of red soil and yellowish soil showed patience, that is, to deal with wheat stems and leaves of the cumulative concentration of lead was steady increased with the soil increased concentration of Cd, .deal with the soil concentration of Cd increased the accumulation of cadmium concentration in wheat is also a steady growth. Wheat yellowish soil in low concentrations of Cd mainly to show patience, heavy metal content increased to a higher level to deal with the increased concentration, plant started to reduce the concentration of Cd when the soil . The correlated relationship between the extraction heavy metals of NH4NO3 NH4AC and wheat biomass and accumulation was best.
