Base on comprehending situation of friction stir processing and bulk amorphous, Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5 bulk amorphous was processd by friction stir processing,then the structure and mechanical performance of bulk amorphous were investigated, the mechanism and theory of fracture were discussed.Bulk amorphous was processed by friction stir processing with weld machine of FSW-3LM-2010, meantime temperature field of different technics condition was surveyed by eight chunnels temperature collection systerm. For getting proper friction stir processing parameter, Tg and Tx were tested by DSC. Microstructure and crystalloid tendency of bulk amorphous different zones were analysed by XRD,TEM. Performances of different zones bulk metal glass were texted under room temperature quasi static state compressing by Gleeble-3500. Fracture surfaces of different zones were analyzed by SEM.The results show that proper friction stir processing parameter is 1100r/min and 110mm/min. Bulk amorphous isn't crystalloid after friction stir processing. Elasticity mode quantity of friction stir processing zone and HAZ are increased, sawtooth rheology phenomenon appears on stress-strain curves, compressing fracture face is multiple shear character. It is considered that friction stir processing changed the distribution and concentration of freedom volume, that induce enhancing elasticity mode quantity and sawtooth rheology phenomenon...
