The Evaluate On Hemp Contained Knitting Fabric

With the enhancement of environmental protecting and health caring consciousness ,fabrics made of natural fibres have been drawing people's more attention.Especially,hemp products possess a good sales in market.Hemp fabrics are welcomed for its characteristics of moisture absorption and air permeability,crispness and natural style,savage looking,ultraviolet-proof function,cooling and comfortable feeling,etc. In recent years,development of hemp knitting fabric in military training clothes has become a hot spot.As hemp more coarse,bad elastic , easy to wrinkle and thus more suitable for blending.The blended yarn can enhance the spinnability,improve the wearability and the fabric style.This article is through the use of different components of hemp blended yarn to develop 10 kinds of knitted fabrics of military physical training uniforms. Use several modern testing instruments and test the 10 kinds of fabrics in the mechanical properties, thermal and wet comfort,appearance properties etc. Analysis of experimental data and evalua the fabrics by taking a comprehensive performance evaluation.Conclusions are drawn as following:1.Hemp have a great impact on the wearability of fabric.2. Fabric thickness and weight have a great impact on the roof breaking performance, air permeability and anti-UV properties.3. Fabric structure and composition have a great impact on wear resistance,elastic recovery and regain.4. Fabric composition have a great impact on shrinkage character, wettability, thermal diffusivity moisture permeability and pendency.5. In the blends, the content of hemp not too high, otherwise the taking of the blended fabric adversely affect the performance.Analysis conclusions can be drawn that six types of hemp blended knitted fabrics can meet the military need and have better wearing performance,the final products can instead of general military fabric and will be competitive in the future.Five properties of wearability including bended rigidity,draping property,abrasion resistance of yarns,crease recovery property,capillary effect of blending knitted fabrics were measured and analyzed by fuzzy decision.
