In this thesis,the state-of-art review for the application of methyl ethyl ketoxime was given.Densities and viscosities of binary mixtures containing methyl ethyl ketoxime were measured.Methyl tri(methylethylketoxime) silane was prepared and the synthesis process was investigated.A product chain based on the strategy of circular economy was proposed for methyl ethyl ketoxime industry.The main contents are as follows:1.Densities and viscosities of methyl ethyl ketoxime with methyl ethyl ketone,cyclohexane and n-hexane were measured at 293.15K,298.15K and 303.15K.Grunberg-Nissan equation and Eyring-UNIQUAC equation were used to correlate the experimental viscosity data.In addition,the viscosity deviation△ηand excess Gibbs free energy of activation for viscous flow△G*E were calculated.2.A reliable analysis method of methyl tri(methylethylketoxime) silane using gas chromatography was proposed.Chlorosilane was employed to prepare methyl tri(methylethylketoxime) silane.The effects of reaction time,temperature, ratio of raw material,injecting rate of chlorosilane and the type of solvent on yield of active compounds and selectivity of methyl tri(methylethylketoxime) silane were investigated,and the synthesis process was optimized.3.Considering the present situation of methyl ethyl ketoxime industry,the product chain for methyl ethyl ketoxime was designed adopting the strategy of circular economy,where sulfur dioxide and oxynitrides from waste gas were used as the raw materials.The prospect of the product chain was also discussed.
