The Li2O-ZnO-SiO2 glass was prepared by melting method.Then,the crystallization temperature was measured by DTA.By an one-step crystallization according to DTA results, the glass-ceramic was prepared.The XRD and SEM were used to study the phase of the glass-ceramics,as a result,the Li2ZnSiO4,Li1.14Zn1.43SiO4 and Zn(Zn0.1Li0.6Si0.3) SiO4 phases were prepared.The transparences and the crystal phases of the glass-ceramics were studied on different crystallization temperature,different heat-treatment time and rare earth ion adoption.The emission spectrum and absorption spectrum of the Er-Yb co doped glass-ceramics were studied with the exciting of 980nm laser,which proved that the Li2O-ZnO-SiO2 glass-ceramics had a better optical character than Li2O-ZnO-SiO2 glass system.And the infrared light-emitting glass-ceramics with mix value at about 1500nm was prepared.
