The method of steel stud brazing to aluminum alloy has been studied in this dissertation. According to the characteristics of steel stud and aluminum alloy brazing of dissimilar metals. Use of a solder and flux in the form of flux-cored wire. on the basis of current 660A which has been explored in the early, Do induction brazing parameters experimental and wetting experiments separately,Do expriment to find how induced current effect the quality of stud welded joints in mice, to find how Heating time effect the quality of stud welded joints in mice; to find out stud pressure on the studs to the top effect quality of welded joints in mice; to find out how inert gas atmosphere effect the quality of stud welded joints in rats. Finally, study the mechanical properties of brazed joints, macro and micro morphology of the various process parameters on the comprehensive analysis and evaluation.Study Induction Brazing by stud specification parameters wettability experiments with a range of oscillation and a heating current time frame.In the heating time is 18.4s, the top stud pressure ON, no inert gas protection,induced current on the quality of welded joints, at this time when the current is too small will result in molten solder can not wet the surface resulting in aluminum the test failed, when the current is too large, may result when not melt solder, aluminum base materials have been distorted significantly meltingIn the induced current 660A, the top stud pressure ON, no inert gas protection of heating time on quality of welded joints, the shear strength of welded joints increases with the heating time first and then decrease, not weld brazing area ratio with the heating time increases, the weld residual mixed retention situation and heating time are not necessarily linkedIn the induced current 660A, heating time is 18.4s, not under the protection of inert gas pressure on the top stud welding joint quality, from the test results, not of the stud to the top of pressure on the impact strength of welded joints, can not analyze the pressure on the area ratio did not affect the solder joint, weld residual mixture is reduced as pressure increasesIn the heating time effect on the welding quality test basis, to add protection of gas, test results show that the protective gas atmosphere, the shear strength of welded joints does not increase; in the protection of gas under the protection of incomplete brazing weld area ratio decreased to protect the gas mixture on the retention of residual weld not have any impact.
