There are many methods to prepare one-dimensional(1-D) nanomaterials, such as thermal-evaporation, chemical vapor deposition(CVD), hydrothermal method and template methods Solution approaches are appealing because of their simple equipment, easy to perform, low cost, low temperature and great application potential Here, hydroxyapatite(HA or HAp) nanorod arrays and zinc oxide(ZnO) nanorod arrays were synthesized by hydrothermal method The morphologies, phase structure and the photoluminescence properties of the prepared products were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM), X-ray diffractometer(XRD), electron energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS), transmission electron microscope(TEM) and photoluminescence(PL) spectrum The main contents of our works are as follows:For improving the biological activity of implant, we prepared HA nanorod arrays Because it is the inorganic component of bone and it is ordered orientation The focus of the zinc oxide is its properties of waveguide and light scattering In this dissertation, the research on films with higher orientation and expecting better long-term effectiveness is carried out The research progress on preparation of HA coatings, especially on hydrothermal derived HA thin coatings and hydrofluroxyapatite(FHA) coatings and the problems still existed are reviewed ZnO seeded glass system is selected as template after optimizing the preparation parameters Subsequently, the HA films and ZnO obtained from hydrothermal process and their phase, morphology, interface, as well as the in vitro behaviors were also investigated by XRD, FTIR, SEM, EDS, TEM, ICP , UV and chemical analysis1 The detailed formation processes and mechanisms of OH-FAp phase with different prepared time (10min-24h) compounds are investigated Through the investigation of different reaction time, we found the growth mechanism of OH-FAp is attached to Oswald Ripening and oriented attachment by catching TEM pictures2 We adopt hydrothermal method to prepare HAp film on bare glass Then we obtain reacted factors for preparing film under hydrothermal environment Also, during the process we found the hydroxyapatite is conversion of CaHPO4 as prolonging the reaction time.ZnO seeded glass was introduced to act as template during the preparationg process Through this method we obtain well-crystalline hexagonal hydroxyapatite nanorods arrays with (0001)-orientation The as-prepared film was investigated its dissolution characteration by immersed it into TRIS buffer solution, and the film has a small dissolution rate It is believed that such behavior is caused by the relatively high crystallinity of the as-prepared film 3 We investigate the ZnO nanorods arrays used as scattering structure The optical performance of the ZnO nanorods arrays was tested and proved that ZnO nanorods has good scattering and waveguiding performance for visible light...
