| Xicheng district Wastewater Treatment Plant of Daqing is located in Daqing City Ranghulu area west of the former chicken farm mechanization, Northwest close Ranghulu bubble, the West Channel flows through its east and south. It covers an area of 8.33 ha. It design size 80 thousand tons / day, using BAF technology in municipal wastewater, completed in 2006. As the sewage treatment plant did not produce the ozone production process for disposal, from the coarse grid, the fine grid and the sludge treatment rooms, smell affects people between the physical and mental health and environmental quality.In order to protect workers'(and the surrounding residents') safety and health, an overall improvement will be done in production and operation of sewage treatment plant environment, finding the problems and odor source. Bio-oxidation technology proposed wastewater treatment plant can effectively remove the odor of gas.This paper analyzes the biological oxidation of wastewater treatment plant to remove the effect of odor. The following conclusions:(1) Xicheng district Wastewater Treatment Plant of Daqing uses of "bio-oxidation technology" as the main means, and uses of "plant extract spray processing technology" as the auxiliary means of disposing of the pilot program.(2) Biological oxidation is one of today's advanced technology of gas processing, having a good result on ammonia, H2S and other pollutants. Ammonia removal rate was 96.37%, H2S, the average removal rate was 99.89%. The results show that fluctuations in the biological oxidation system experience, if a certain parameter from large to small, the system of treatment effect is not affected; if certain parameters from small to large, the system's processing rate would be short-lived decline, but the treatment rate will still remain at 88% or more, and as the system slowly adapted to the fluctuations, fluctuations in the end will resume pre-treatment effect. (3) When winter is very cold, the industrialization of bio-oxidation unit implemented is in need of artificial insulation measures to ensure a higher treatment effect. If there is no insulation measures, the rate will not be ideal.(4) This test does not produce solid waste and no secondary waste water pollution, it will not impact on the environment, can discharge standards. |
