When petroleum pollutants go into the soil environment, it will have on environmental pollution, it will damage the plant ecosystem structure and function of the microbial and soil, and it will damage the plant growth, seed and fruit quality, etc. It is harmful to human health through the food chain progressively enriched in animals. At present, oil pollution of soil-related research in the field still be in lack. Some scholars have studied the petroleum contaminants in soil on plant growth studies, but mainly in dry pot experiment or in the main crop. China's development of"soil environmental quality standard"is mainly in heavy metals and pesticide indicators biodegradable, petroleum and related substances is not a standard requirement, it can not give full play to the guiding role of national standards. The thesis is about development of soil environmental quality standards, mainly about geochemical, ecological effects of law and effective state environmental toxicity threshold value method. The paper by farmland growing simulation, analyse petroleum pollutants in the soil in Jilin Province, the major crops, corn and rice growth, the impact on fruit quality, from the soil - plant system perspective for the development of the soil in Jilin Province environmental quality standards in the oil to provide evidence.Oil from the soil of the paper on the impact of crop emergence and survival of crop growth, fruit and quality of crops influence on crop yield and the impact on crops and other biomass perspective, the discussion of different concentration of petroleum pollutants in soil on crop growth and soil were analyzed from all angles allow oil content range.Studies show soil concentrations of petroleum pollutants have some influence on corn emergence, especially at high soil concentrations of oil, a greater impact on corn emergence. Soil concentrations of petroleum pollutants on the survival rate and rice recover period to adapt to growth was less affected. It is mainly due to higher oil content in the soil, the soil temperature slightly higher loss of water is also relatively fast.Soil compaction, result in significantly lower corn emergence, relatively late emergence. The paddy field irrigation is in different ways because, after rice transplanting, the major coverage by the water in the field, the survival rate of oil has little effect on rice. Studies show that soil toxicity of oil on a relatively small crops, crop emergence and survival mainly reflected the impact of oil pollution in the soil physical and chemical properties change, thus affecting crop growth to some extent. From the perspective of crop emergence and survival rate, in order to ensure the normal growth of crop seedlings, dry land, the concentration of oil should be controlled in the 500mg/kg below paddy soil concentration of oil in the 5000mg/kg the following.By the early crop growth, mid-and late growth stages of various observations indicate that dry soil oil pollution on maize growth in all periods affected differently, which influenced the early growth of corn, with corn's growth to the relatively lower mid to further reduce the growth of late effects, to the late maize growth, low concentration of petroleum in soil on maize growth and even have some role in promoting.Oil on rice paddy soil in different periods of growth are small, rice tillering, heading and other key growth stage of basic soil petroleum pollutants were not affected, but the rice heading time slightly delayed. Analysis of experimental results, the dry land, oil on corn growth is relatively low, mainly because oil has changed the soil properties of soil which affect the absorption of nutrients of corn, or high concentration of oil pollution on plants have certain toxic effects to lead to the initial impacts of poor crop growth, when the growth medium to the growth of corn into the late hours, with the maturity of corn, its tolerance of pollutants have gradually increased, the influence of oil by the soil also decreased. The paddy field of special methods of cultivation, although a certain degree of oil will change the soil physical and chemical properties, but nutrient absorption of rice has not been significantly affected, nor the formation of significant toxic effects. Therefore, the growth process of rice is affected by the soil concentration of oil was relatively small. From the perspective of plant growth, crop growth period in order to ensure normal growth, dry land, the concentration of oil should be controlled in 1000mg/kg below ,paddy soil concentration of oil should be controlled in 10000mg/kg below that would not produce crops significant effect.Soil oil analysis on the impact of the fruit crops that ear of corn after the end of oil pollution of soil on the first ear of corn is less ,significant impact on the fruits of the second ear of corn is relatively large, when the oil concentration in the soil is more than 3000mg/kg, the second ear of corn that does not bear fruit; maize seed starch content and concentration of petroleum pollutants in the soil had a negative correlation, correlation coefficient R2 = 0.9617; crude protein corn seed oil is also affected by the soil oil, a slight change, but the trend is not obvious .The oil content in corn seed and straw effected by soil oil content is more obvious, especially when the soil concentration is more than 1000mg/kg oil, the oil content in corn seed and straw are greatly increased. When oil concentration in soil is low the corn seed on the accumulation of oil pollutant enrichment slightly larger than the efficiency of corn stalks. When oil concentration in soil is high, the corn seed on the accumulation of petroleum pollutants below the enrichment efficiency of corn stalks . Oil pollution of soil on rice panicle length, grains per ear and thousand grain weight and other indicators of the impact on average relatively is small, and the oil concentration in the soil can lower rice grains increased slightly, but a slight ear fullness reduced. When the oil concentration is less than 300mg/kg soil, the rice seed starch content is slightly increasing trend in soil concentrations greater than 300mg/kg oil, the rice seed and starch content decreased and protein content of rice seed oil is also affected by soil , slight changes, but no significant trend. When concentration of oil is high, the crude protein content of rice seed decreased slightly. The oil contend of rice seed is effected by soil petroleum pollutants, with increasing the content of rice seed and straw significantly when the concentration of pollutants increased. Especially when the soil pollutant concentrations exceeding 1000mg/kg, oil content of rice seed and straw jump increased drasmatially. The basic trend of oil content in seed and straw is same to corn content. When the concentration of oil in the soil is low, the rice seed on the accumulation of oil pollutant accumulation and straw almost equal. When the concentration of oil in the soil is high, the rice seed on the accumulation of petroleum pollutants are also lower than the efficiency of the enrichment of rice straw. Oil from the soil and the impact on the perspective of fruit crops, upland and paddy field soil oil content should be controlled at 1000mg/kg or less. The effect of soil concentrations of petroleum pollutants is greater on corn yield, maize yield and soil exists between the concentration of oil negative correlation, but the correlation was not significant. The relationship completely by a negative correlation between the two terms. When 10% corn crop decreased, the soil concentrations of petroleum contaminants is in about 1700mg/kg. However, according to the actual observation, when the soil concentration of 500mg/kg oil, the crop production decreased 7.5%.Soil concentration of 1000mg/kg oil,the crop production decreased 12.2%. It is true there are some negative correlation, but the correlation was also poor. In terms of total negative correlation calculation, when rice production decreased 10%, the soil concentrations of petroleum pollutants should be around 4600mg/kg.Actual observations show that when the soil concentration is 500mg/kg oil below, the trend of rice yield reduction was not obvious, or even slightly increasing tendency, when more than 500mg/kg of soil concentration of oil, rice cut more obvious. When the concentration of soil is about 3000mg/kg, crop production decreased 5.0%.When the soil concentration of 5000mg/kg oil when the crop by 9.4%.From the production of point of view, if decreased 10% of crop as the standard, we should control the concentration of petroleum pollutants from upland soils in the 500 -1000mg/kg,paddy soil concentration of oil in the 4500mg/kg or less.Analysis of oil on the soil biomass crops that corn biomass with soil oil content decreases rapidly, the two were obvious negative correlation, the correlation coefficient R2 = 0.9537; rice biomass and soil content of petroleum pollutants correlation is not very clear relationship between soil concentrations of oil increases, the rice biomass showed a decreasing trend. From the point of view of biomass crops, dry land, oil pollutant concentrations should be controlled within the 1000mg/kg, paddy soil concentrations of petroleum pollutants should be controlled within the 10000mg/kg. As comprehensive experimental results show, in order to ensure normal growth of crops, to ensure the quality of crops do not produce significant changes, to ensure milk production and biomass crops, soil pollution by oil from the obvious impact of dry soil.We should ensure that oil content of no more than 500mg of pollutants / kg, oil pollutant content in paddy soil no more than 1000mg/kg.
