Jingbian Gasfield is located in the central part of the Ordos Basin, due to the impact of regional tectonic features and heterogeneity of reservoir, leading to the existence of varying degrees of water-rich region in it, which is different from domestic and foreign conventional water-gas reservoir, and there is no obvious edge and bottom water. In recent years, with the continued development of Jingbian Gasfield, the water was increasingly and seriously produced in partial block of the gas field, which severely affected the balanced development of it. So the study of the drainage gas production process for Jingbian Gasfield has important practical significance.In this paper, we firstly believed that the foam drainage gas production process was a reasonable and feasible technology for Jingbian Gasfield after comparison and analysis between the production conditions of gas-water wells in it and the different drainage gas recovery technology at home and abroad; Based on the classification of water wells, focused on the research in systematic selection and evaluation of foam drainage agents fitted to Jingbian Gasfield through a variety of methods; At the same time, on the basis of related theoretical analysis, determined the effusion judgment model of gas wells and calculation model of related process parameters.Based on indoor experiment results and field production data, we applied theoretical studies to work out a software for the use of foam drainage gas production technology, and the software has five main functions for determining wellbore flow pattern and fluid, selection of drainage agent and filling parameters to determine, a reasonable defoaming time to identify, and hydrate formation forecast.Under the guidance of this software, three representative water wells and seventeen low-yield water wells were test, and the results showed that:foam drainage gas production technology can effectively ruled out the wellbore fluid, improved the gas production of single well and ensured continuous and stable gas production; And the software is easy to use, reliable, practical, sufficient for the production site requirements.The main study results of this paper is to:(1) Classified scientifically water wells of Jingbian Gasfield, and selected the foam drainage agent with good adaptability and performance for different types of gas-water wells.(2) Had suitable calculation model of physical parameters, filling parameters and the defoaming time, judging model of wellbore fluid and forecasting model of hydrate formation for gas-water wells in Jingbian Gasfield.(3) For gas-water wells of Jingbian Gasfield, used LabVIEW as program development platform for the first time to carry out the foam drainage gas production process software.The study results accumulated theoretical basis and practical experience for application and promotion of the foam drainage gas production technology in Jingbian Gasfield.
