The cellulose coverted into high value-added new energy and new materials is a hot topic.The products of cellulose hydrolysis can further zymolysized for Fuel Ethanol,therefore,hydrolysis of cellulose is important.The results which less reported in the literature that carrying out Microwave-assisted hydrolysis of cellulose catalyzed by biomass carbon sulfonic acid are obtained as follows:1, We have obtained a series of biomass char sulfonic acid catalyst which the natural bamboo,cotton,starch and microcrystalline cellulose got through a part of carbonization and sulfonation. These catalyst proved to morphous carbon bearing hydrophilic-SO3H, COOH and OH functional groups by FT-IR,TG, XRD and XPS. We studied the reaction condition factors including the reaction time,temperature,microwave power and the types of catalyst.The results showed a much higher turnover number (TON,1.33-1.73) for this reaction compared to a dilute H2SO4 solution (TON,0.02).2, In order to direct hydrolysis of wood fibers of bamboo powder, we first carried out using microwave irradiation with different types of halogenated salt pretreatment of bamboo powder,the results showed that 40% ZnCl2 petreatment was the best of which hemicellulose content decreased from 15.63% to 10.41%,lignin content decreased from 21.76% to 10.90%.On this basis,we also studied the reaction condition factors including the solvent,reaction time,temperature,microwave power and the types of catalyst. The results showed that the total reducing sugar yield only 2.5% when the bamboo fiber material without pretreatment optimized conditions,while the total reducing sugar yield reached 32.4% by 40% ZnCl2 petreatment of bamboo fibers.3, We had prepared a series of ligin char sulfonic acid catalyst which the raw materials recovered from black liquor through a part of carbonization and high pressure sulfonation.Its structure was characterized via FT-IR and XRD. The preparation conditions of carbonization and the sulfonation were optimized,the acid content of catalyst reached to 1.64 mmol g-1.Then we used the catalyst to hydrolysize lignocellulose and achieved some initial results.The results show that the optimized conditions, by 40% ZnCl2 treatment of bamboo fibers as high as the total reducing sugar yield of 25.8%. The economic value assessment of the ligin carbon sulfonic acid showed that the catalyst has strong industrial prospects.
