During high production gas well testing process, for the pressure of gas reservoir is often higher than the normal static water pressure even some reservoir is super high pressure reservoir.Therefore, oilfield need use of higher loading capacity of equipment, Technology of Optimization Ground Process, Switching Well Technology and Chokes Technology to resistance high pressure and corrosion to ensure the safty of manifold.On one hand, the underground tubing suffers various types of stress.On the other hand, natural gas pipelines continue to be corrosion with the gas flow in pipelines.Tubing wall thickness is thinning and intensity decreased.Tubing often bursts or crowded under the pressure of gas in the pipe.Meanwhile as high wellhead pressure,the phenomenons of the ground chokes are often lost chokes seal and chokes damaged by high speed gas.Manifold system security is seriously threatened.In order to provide the basic data for tubing stress analysis and insure safty.This article studies the pressure distribution of underground tubing.Meanwhile, calculations the chokes pressure distribution for analysis damage reason for chokes and turbing to improve the system.This article writes for high pressure gas wells under the consideration of gas compression and proposed one-dimensional calculation method for chocks.Because of the short structure of chokes, calculation model ignore the energy loss of the natural gas flowing through chokes and calculated by assuming adiabatic.The result verified by using finite element method FLUENT to be evidence.The result proves the accuracy of this method can meet the engineering requirements.Second, consider the natural gas water and the kinetic energy factor, calculated pressure distribution of pipeline, Determine the chokes and the manifold boundary conditions.Third, Theory combined with chokes erosion Failure analysis.Finally, optimization chokes and constuct manifold security control program.This article is devoted to ensure the safe production based on considering the effects of downhole tubing pressure conditions to optimize the design of the chokes. Improvement program use of cone angle chokes; multi-nozzle chokes and multiple exchange design to extend manifold service life to ensure safety.
