There are abundant coal resources in our cournty, but coal mine have complexed geological conditions and many coal strata have a lot of fault, fold etc. under the geological stress.The roadway in tectonic belt due to the fractured rock joints, especially the broken fault belt, layer fault zone, fold and fracture zones and compressive rupture zone formed by the extrusion of magma intrusion, these zones are usually made by loose and broken rock. It usually has larger radius, and only by simple bolting is difficult to make broken rock entirely in compression condition form arch structure. Roadway maintenance is very difficult, which has plagued the mine safety and use. It is not only necessary to carry out research on roadway supporting technology in structural fracture zone, but also has important academic significance and application value.For the characteristics of structural fracture geological conditions and the surrounding rock's poor stability,in order to explore effective roadway support technology and improve the performance of roadway safety and stability,this paper adopted theoretical analysis,field observations,experiment,numerical simulation and engineering analogy,and carried out discussion and research combined the current situation of 15704 face crossheading broken tectonic belt on the 15th seam in Guzhuang coal mine, Yangquan.The main work and results are as follows:1.Through the theoretical analysis and study it conclused:The syncline broken belt in this section destroied the overall stability of the original rock,and made the roof and surrounding rock broken. This is the reason why some sections on the 15704 face, 15th coal seam in Guzhuang coal mine have destruction of instability. The roadway is a model of the small structure within the large structure and the existing bolt and anchor support measures have been difficult to maintain the stability of roadway.(Large structure refers to the influence that butment pressure has on the structure zone in the process of working face;small structure refers to the surrounding rock's own stability under the conditions of the structure in roadway excavation.2. By calculating and engineering comparison it studied:The loose circle of the surrounding rock in the sructure belongs to the big loose circle. We decided to implement grouting reinforcement for the section of the broken rock,and optimize the original support method and the parameters.3.Through the numerical calculation and experience in engineering analogy,considering the geological features of the roadway,it identified the several parameters for the grouting in tectonic roadway zone.4.By measuring rock mechanical parameters in laboratory and testing multi-program numerical simulation,considering the subsidence of the roof and the both sides closer,material consumption,construction traffic and so on,it identified the bolt, cable parameters.Through the research projects on the roadway in the tectonic zone, the paper further studied on the stability of the roadway and the support on 15th coal mine seam of guzhuang in Yangquan: On the conditions of broken surrouding rock and large tectonic stress, first,we should strengthen the initiative host functions (to enhance the strength of the rock); Secondly, we should optimize the original support parameters; Third, cable and bolt pretension should meet the design requirements in the construction, and pay attention on construction quality in other aspects; Fourth, based on experience in the construction and accumulated inspection and monitoring, we must constantly sum up experience, further improve the roadway anchorage design and support parameter selection in tectonic structure zone.
