In recent years, The difficult problem ,which is encountered in the drilling process in North of Songliao Basin, is the bit poor adaptability and bad drillability in Deep igneous rock formation.Currently, the targeted study on drillability and bit Selection of igneous rock layer is very deficiency,Therefore, a targeted anti-drilling study on the igneous rock formation is significative to shorten drilling cycle of Xu deep gas field,reduce drilling costs and increase the level of Daqing deep drilling techniques. In this paper, the theoretical analysis and laboratory testing method are used to determine the main parameters of drillability evaluation and bit selection, then established the theoretical analysis model for rock drillability and bit selection. Produce a set of efficient crushing technology for deep igneous rock formation.Based on the micro-drill laboratory test,Using the fractal geometry to analyze the rock crushing products particle size distribution,establish correlation model between rock fragmentation fractal dimension and drillability analyze the bit crushing efficiency and the affect between drilling parameter and specific energy, form a method to compute crushing work ratio according to the energy consumption theory. Taking into account the formation factor and the effect of bit, then attribute hierarchies method is used to optimize bit, Through validation, optimization results are satisfactory.
