Self-drilling Grouting Anchor Rod is an advanced anchorage system containing the following functions:Drilling, Grouting and Anchoring. The cross-rolled anchor rod not only can avoid the decrease of strength due to the cut off of metal fiber, but also can improve the surface strength due to the cold plastic deformation. Meanwhile, the processing also has other advantages such as saving, improving the accuracy and efficiency. And in actual production, adjusting the parameters is mainly based on experience.In this paper, combining the theoretical knowledge of steel cross-rolling, cross-wedge-rolling and two-roll-cross rolling, the biting and steadily rolling conditions of tube three-cross-rolling were analyzed, the state of motion and stress distribution of rough were discussed. According to the waveform characteristics, the mechanism of sliding between rough and rollers were solved.Designed Roll, set the system of model and determined the variable parameters of rolling according to the size requirements of product. Established the three-dimensional graphics of rough and roller, and import them in to Deform-3D. Set some groups of pre-treatment files according with the diversification of parameters. Made the simulation runs and analyzed the post-processing data.The load diversification law of roll in the radial and axial direction has been analyzed according to the results of simulation. Discussed the impact of thickness on the radial load, and established the theoretical basis of choosing suitable thickness in the process of cross-rolling. The stress data of roughs was analyzed. The validation of the stress property was made about some key points by the mean of FEM. By this method, the stress distribution varying over the rolling time also was analyzed. The reason about the shortage of thread after cross-rolling was also summarized. Finally, the law of the affect different thickness, cross angle and outer diameter of blank making on the inner and outer diameter of the final product was analyzed. The conclusion provides some of theoretical basis for the further research of the three-cross-rolling technology and practical operation. It has some theoretical significance and practical value.
