| The polycrystalline diamond compact is the super-hard compound material that one kind of polycrystalline diamond and carbide alloy base body is composed of under the high pressure and temperature. It has an excellent performance such as the abrasion performance, the impact resistance and has the weld ability and so on. So the PDC is the very good anti-friction material and the scrap tool and widely applies in the petroleum well drilling, the geological prospecting, and the coal field drills picks domains and so on. It may substitute the original efficiency low ultra hard material, raises the availability of resources.In view of the fact that the research about the domestic and foreign PDC, we do the study of the PDC by teacher's instruction and in existing the foundation exhibition of experimental condition. We choose the PDC to do the test by the SEM, Raman, and thermal analysis and so on. It has carried out the following several aspect researches:1. Introduce simply the theory about how to synthesis the PDC under the high pressure and high temperature.2. This paper did the testing of the performance such as the abrasion performance, the impact resistance and so on. We put forward the concept of Index of resistant heat to make more intuitive reflect of the PDC heat stability, and through the TG-DSC to obtained the differential heat-resisting temperature.3. Compare with the foreign PDC, we analyze the difference about the influence factors of PDC microstructure by using the SEM and Raman. Analysis of the synthesis of polycrystalline diamond in microstructure and the distribution of elements in difference, namely PDC, combined with changes in the microstructure of the synthetic technology of each compound chips, study the mechanism of these differences.4. We used the ANSYS software to carry on the finite element analysis to the PDC. The establishment full-scale mockup has obtained in the compound internal various directions remaining thermal load distribution, will synthesize the high grade compound piece for later to provide the important reference.PDC as a new super-hard composite material, it has also environmentally friendly"green"function. It can replace traditional alloy materials saving resources, improving efficiency. While it also can reduce pollution to the environment, such as reducing cutting metal powder etc. |
