Research Of Government Regulation System Over The Coal Mine Safety

Coal is the most important energy sources in China, which occupies a very important status in the development of national economic and social development and accounts for 70% in primary energy structure in China. But for a long time, the fate casualties happened frequently, which not only made a great deal of injuries and loses in life, but also caused serious economic burden to the country. And this situation is one great factor of insecurity for construction of Harmonious Socialist Society in our country. So, strengthening the government supervision and administration of coal safety with the law is a big problem that needs to be resolved.This paper assimilates the results of scientific research, using advance experiences from USA government supervision of coal safety for reference. Starting with the meaning of government supervision and the aim of government supervision of coal safety, this paper analyzed the problems in government supervision organization of coal safety and Government regulation methods. Based on analyzing the problems, some improvement suggestions are raised with aims for the consummation of Government regulatory agencies in china Coal Mine Safety from organization setup model and power distribution. Meanwhile, it will be further consummated to mine safety by government supervision methods according to the specification of mine safety administrative license and supervising licensing matters as well as the innovation of responsibility mechanism to specification of mine safety administrative license.
