It numerical simulated a SCR DeNOx system model which was now running in power plant. Deflector setting was studied to optimize flow field and transformed the existing deflectors to get more uniform flow distribution. Spray ammonia surface setting was numerical simulated. The influence of forward and reverse spray and the influence of different spray ammonia locations setting to denitration efficiency was studied, and its correctness was verified. The various components distributions at catalyst layer in SCR reactor was studied. The results shown that: the catalyst layer pressure diffence was minimum when using 10 plate deflectors, which also conformed to the current SCR system deflector settings. When transformation overall deflections, using 8 plants which front 4 plants 80°1.165m from the pipeline and back 4 plants 70°9.54m from the pipeline, it got better air distribution. When the spary ammonia surface installed in the central pipe, the denitration efficiency can get better expectations. Thus, it proved the existing spraying ammonia surface setting was good. Through the numerical simulation of SCR for power plants, it can provide recommendations for further reform.
