Aiming at research and production of a company zhengzhou G35 type of the quenchants test of physical and chemical properties, For G35 water-soluble quenching process performance of media were studied respectively in different samples:steel quenching temperature condition, quenching medium for water, oil, G35 type inorganic water-soluble quenching agent (different medium temperature), after quenching mapped the hardening layer distribution curve, compare in different medium samples of hardening layer depth, after analyzing all kinds of circumstances quenching cracking deformation of the sample. And they were carried out on mechanical properties test (impact toughness). With electronic microscope, sem of different heat treatment of steel fracture morphology, microstructure G35 used for sample material gain excellent quenching quenching process.Get the following conclusions:(1)G35 type water quenching medium with medium temperature from 30℃to 60℃increasing, the largest cooling speed from 162.7℃/s to 107.4℃/s decreased gradually.(2)According to toxicity test, after quenching the sample do not produce harmful gases.(3)Through the analysis of its quench-hardening ability test, G35 type in different medium water quenching temperature quenching(from820℃to 860℃), medium temperature respectively for 25℃,40℃,55℃. Hardness distribution HRC does not exist plunged for the quenching temperature 840℃, the temperature of the medium for 40℃and hardness to 59-65 HRC, other processing conditions of hardening layer depth.(4)Through the tendency of deformation and cracking experiments, samples were heated from 820℃to 860℃.after heating preservation 30 min, respectively to water, 32#oil and the G35 type water quenching, medium temperature for 25℃, quenching temperature for 840 degrees, medium temperature for 25℃, using G35 medium, guarantees the quenching hardness HRC is best (60-65) and no cracks, deformation is the smallest only 0.01 mm.(5)Based on GCr15 specimens, G35 steel use quenching medium quenching process in quenching temperature for 840 degrees 30 minutes, quenching heat into the 40℃is best.after quenching HRC hardness for 60-64, sample not craze, deformation of 0.005 mm. (6)The three kinds of quenching medium harden metallurgical microstructure tempered martensite, granular carbide and austenite.840 degrees quenching for hidden needle martensite, The microstructure of hardened with black and white alternate of two kinds of martensite area, present around black precancerous areolar tissue, G35 hardened and regional distribution of some more evenly.The three kinds of quenching medium harden surface morphology seeing faults, and cleavage must belong to the small, with G35 quenching sample plastic between oil and water, the comprehensive-comparison, between quenching temperature for the best effect on 840℃.
