The issue mainly used the infrared spectrum, DSC, TG/DTG, swelling, mechanical properties and some other methods, studied the vulcanization characteristics, the structure of vulcanization, mechanical properties and thermal stability of NR and SBR by the effect of non-rubber substances which from the natural rubber. Discussed the effect of promoting the vulcanization and the thermal aging properties.The results showed that the non-rubber substances have greater impact on the mixing process and the curing process on natural rubber. With the increase of non-rubber substances, the T10,T90 had shortened, the vulcanization rate and the maximum torque value had increased. Simultaneously, the non-rubber substances have a great influence to the crosslinked structure of vulcanized rubber. With the increase of non-rubber substances, the swelling of vulcanized rubber was reduced, the crosslinking density increased, the crosslinked molecular weight Mc between the molecular chains was decreased and the effective chain densityρ/Mc increased.With the increase of non-rubber substances,the mechanical properties of NR and SBR were significantly improved.such as the mechanical properties 300%,500%,700% Modulus, Tensile strength, Tear strength, Hardness and Elasticity have increased, however, the Elongation has decreased.Besides, the non-rubber substances also played an important role in thermal aging properties of NR and SBR. With the increase of non-rubber substances, the mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber increased gradually after aging. the change rate of thermal aging properties had decreased, but the retention of mechanical properties had increased, thus, it's performanced that the thermal aging properties had improved, so the non-rubber substances have great effect on improving the thermal aging properties, and improved the thermal stability of vulcanized rubber.The results showed that the non-rubber substances of natural rubber latex have played an important role in promoting the vulcanization properties and thermal aging properties.
