Nitrobenzene (NB) is a colorless or slightly yellow with a bitter almond taste oily liquid, insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, ether, benzene and so on. Nitrobenzene are highly toxic, eco-toxic a great effect on the water has a strong biological poison and disincentives to poor biodegradability. Therefore, the nitrobenzene pollution of water once, it will cause serious deterioration in water quality, so that the color of water affect taste, and seriously affect the self-purification capacity of water bodies.Currently, the treatment of nitrobenzene compounds are mainly physical methods (sedimentation, adsorption, stripping, extraction), chemical (electrochemical method, ozone oxidation, fenton reagent, supercritical water oxidation, catalytic wet oxidation france, ultrasonic oxidation, etc.) and biological method (aerobic, anaerobic law).This topic is based on a company's wastewater nitro compounds as the research object, according to the available treatment methods and technology to develop a set of nitro compounds wastewater treatment process - "the core of micro-electrolysis combination of physical and chemical pretreatment + biological treatment + post-processing "co-treatment processes, through experiments and practical application show that the combined treatment technology for wastewater treatment nitro compounds are among its technical and economic feasibility of and enhanced treatment of wastewater nitro compounds to provide technical support and scientific basis. The main contents and conclusions were as follows:(1)To iron filings microelectrolysis as the core, pre-treatment process on the nitro-compounds and COD removal efficiency is 50% ~ 60%, and good effect.(2)Adopt the "the core of micro-electrolysis combination of physical and chemical pretreatment + biological treatment + post-processing "of the joint treatment process wastewater containing nitro compounds practical, influent concentration of nitro compounds 50mg/L or less had no obvious effect on the chemical and biological. In engineering through the pre-processing and use back way, this indicator can be achieved.(3)Including chemical oxidation, including post-processing unit of the nitro-compound wastewater treatment compliance is necessary, as a means of checking, fenton oxidation can be pre-and biochemical processes in the material are not degraded by chemical oxidation and further oxidation and decomposition, so that waste water the biodegradability is improved. Exception of water quality, Fenton oxidation process to ensure the stability of waste water discharge standard.(4)pH changes in acid precipitation, iron-carbon reduction a great impact on the water, the best pH value is between 1 and 2.(5)At the present treatment process, tons of water and operating costs for the 6~10yuan/m3 of water.
