There are characteristics of low concentrations of organic matter,variational water quality, which has strong biodegradability.Tthe main pollutants of suspended solids are hydrocarbons, proteins, animal and vegetable oils, nitrogen and phosphorus ompounds, surfactants, microorganisms, inorganic salts and so on. With the improvement of social awareness of environmental protection, the construction units request thestandard of highway service area of sewage treatment facilities increasing .The thestandard is advanced Subsonic Technology ,low required floor space, minimum Investment, reuse of treated wastewater, Less secondary pollution, efficiency energy , reliable running,easily handle and maitance.Tang-jin Expressway Tangshan Service Area wastewater treatment facilities was studied in this paper. In order to achieve emissions targets to improve sewage treatment, running stable and reliable purpose, they desigen the wastewater treatment facilities with"Continuous water bio-contact oxidation", By regulating the hydraulic retention time, gas-water ratio and other parameters, run control parameter optimization.The results suggest that:Firstly, the Expressway Tangshan Service Area wastewater with BOD5/ CODcr 0.4 has strong biodegradability. We desigen the wastewater treatment facilities with"Continuous water bio-contact oxidation"."Continuous water bio-contact oxidation"has the advantages such as high volumetric loading, short hydraulic residence time, good removal of organic matter, mechanism running, low required floor space and so on. Secondly, we debugged and tested the Significant factors affecting of the system such as hydraulic retention time, gas-water ratio . When Hydrolysis Acidification HRT=5h, aerated Oxidation HRT=7h, gas-water ratio=15:1, settling tank HRT=3h, the system has optimal running effect .that has COD removing rate 93.2%,BOD removing rate96.1% , Ammonia removing rate74.9%, SS removing rate 90.9%.The syetem achieve the design aim.Third, Water quality of urban sewage treatment plants to meet the emission standards of gb (t18920 -2002) green water standard :COD≤60 mg·L-1;BOD5≤20 mg·L-1;氨氮≤20 mg·L-1;SS≤30 mg·L-1,The targets higher than the urban sewage treatment plants of the emission standard ( gb18918 -2002 ) light emitted. COD≤100 mg·L-1; BOD5≤30 mg·L-1;SS≤30 mg·L-1. The syetem achieve the design aim.
