In the industry of fine chemicals, cyclopentanone is an important material. It is widely and mainly used to produce the medicines intermediates, spice intermediates and superior quality solvent. This thesis is about to use cyclopentadiene as material to produce the cyclopentene with selective hydrogenation and the making of cyclopentanone by catalytic oxidation cyclopentene.During the process of the preparation for traditional Ni/Al2O3 hydrogenation catalyst, for seletive hydrogenation catalyst, ZnSO4, Fe2(SO4)3 and MnSO4, are added into to form three catalytic systems. The catalytic performances of the three catalytic systems by seletive hydrogenation experiment are discussed in the thesis. The examining of selective hydrogenation on the responding conditions was underway of single factor condition testing method, the influences on conversion and yield of porphyrin and its complexes with reaction temperature, reaction pressure and reaction time and so on. The appropriate technology condition of seletive hydrogenation is: reaction temperature at 35℃, reaction pressure under 1.0MPa, reaction time for 2h, 5:1 as absolute ethyl alcohol to cyclopentadiene in volume and ZnSO4 as inorganic additive. Conversion reaches 97.1% and yield reaches 91.2% under the appropriate technology condition.For catalytic oxidation catalyst, CuCl2 and FeCl3, are added into form two catalytic systems in the process of the preparation for traditional PdCl2/C oxidation catalyst. Also the thesis discussed the catalytic performances of the two catalytic systems by catalytic oxidation experiment. The examining of catalytic oxidation on the responding conditions was underway of single factor condition testing method, the influences on conversion and yield of porphyrin and its complexes with reaction temperature, reaction pressure and reaction time and so on. The appropriate technology condition of catalytic oxidation is: reaction temperature at 50℃, reaction pressure under 0.4MPa, reaction time for 6h, 4:1 as absolute ethyl alcohol to cyclopentene in volume and CuCl2 as co-catalyst. Conversion reaches 98.1% and yield reaches 85.7% under the appropriate technology condition.As a result of the elementary discussion on mechanism of selective hydrogenation reaction and catalytic oxidation reaction, cyclopentadiene selective hydrogenation rate equation are concluded as:...
