Along with a large amount of infrastructure investment, the state needs for cement also increased dramatically, but the consumption of cement is large, production requires a lot of energy consumption and created a heavy burden on the environment. Energy conservation, has always been an important research topic in the cement industry.In principle , chemical thermodynamics is capable of doing a more comprehensive analysis of research that can support less data, research materials, production process and the preparation of the thermal process in the phase structure and properties of materials Evolution of the law. Binding the kinetics of research methods, considering the actual situation of cement production of cement clinker during the response variation, seeking to control the direction and optimal reaction conditions, in order to control the production and emission, and gradually improve product quality, production efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection purposes.In this thesis, the thermodynamic equilibrium of cement clinker in the solid state reaction is calculated by thermodynamic calculation software research platform MTDATA, Prepared by means of thermodynamic calculation pilot program, the laboratory simulation of burning, is used to anylsed the main minerals of cement clinker formation process, the main phase of the activation energy and reaction mechanism.Through this research found that, from the view of thermodynamic , Portland cement clinker burning temperature can be reduced by changing the mineral composition and the formation of channels greatly , and then reducing energy consumption.
