With the development of society, Energy is sustained and steady development of the important strategic resources to every country in the world, as a strategic resource, oil's nonrenewable position determines It's status is far superior to other sources. Our country is rich in oil resources. With the petroleum demand increase, the major oil fields develop capacity, increase oil production. most oil exploitation in our country are in the mid-mining process, the amount of Oil-field wastewater in Mining process is increasing, injected water of Oil-field Wastewater treatment produce high cost, and the amount of it is limited. How to handle and use Oil-field wastewater in rational and effective way is the urgent problem.Oil-field wastewater is dehydration produced by the oil layer's crude oil dehydration system in the mining process, including the ground water existed from oil layers and injected water put into oil well. The elements of oil-field wastewater is extremely complicated, containing oil skimming, emulsified oils and cuts oil, in addition lots of suspended solids, and lignin, material used for chemical agents in mining process.Constructed wetland is designed from natural wetland simulation. It is efficiently purified wastewater by combined factors of microorganisms'complex ecosystem, decomposition of microorganisms and adsorption of plant.Wastewater treatment of constructed wetlands is the process which wetland vegetation, quality and wetland system of biological community interaction decompose and remove pollutant. Constructed wetland has good effects of low cost, maintain flyaway ecological advantages. Now foreign wastewater treatment mostly adopt filter-flotation and biological processes, rarely use wastewater treatment of constructed wetlands. Domestic wastewater treatment mostly adopts constructed wetland such as Xingjian, Liao He oil field, Jilin oil field. And these oil fields run well and make great contributions to resumption of the wetland's ecological environment.Domestic wastewater treatments of constructed wetlands primarily utilize surface flow wetlands. Wastewater in 3000m3-10000m3/d causes constructed wetlands cover an area of relatively large. Wastewater has complex components with high mineral salinity. So it maybe pollutes ground water, soil, and surface water. Presently domestic institutions have no assessments or analysis about dealing with constructed wetlands of treating wastewater environmental impact. The paper study the case of Yingtai oil extraction factory of Jilin oil field's experimental projects, by periodically collecting and experimentally analyzing the samples of groundwater, surface water, soil and vegetation in constructed wetlands. The following conclusions are obtained:1. The water samples of end-yielding water enriched area of constructed wetlands processing system indicate that various pollutants are higher than other samples points, and in accumulated state, especially mineralization and colorations. It show in addition to the absorption and a replacement of the soil, mineral salt accumulate more and more in enriched area and pose a threat to shallow groundwater.2. The soil sample was detected oil content. Analysis of data shows that oil content of soil in wetlands is lower than of other local soil. The result is that vegetation and microorganisms in wetlands can be a degree of decomposition to oil and organic matters in wastewater have no affect on the wetlands.3. Acquisition based on reed wetlands sample detect that chlorine content of internal reed wetlands is two or three times than of external reed wetlands. It indicates that reed wetlands with strong absorption capacity, is the effective way to get rid of chlorine. The analysis indicates that relative to other creatures for handling, wastewater treatments of constructed wetlands that makes use of precious resource of water, with good environmental effects is worthy to spread.
