There is a very wide range of contemporary electronic components of MLCC,multilayer ceramic capacitors are producted with alternate way of the dielectric and electrode conductor,which are mainly used in mobile phones, televisions, video recorders, home appliances, computers, digital products, medical devices, industrial equipment and other electronic machine etc..At present, the extensive use of toluene is made in the production of MLCC.There is a wide aware that environmental protection and the hunmen's health is more important.It is necessary to choose a non-toxic environmental protection, cheap solvent.The thesis was divided into five chapters.Chapter 1 was the introduction,in which the application and development of MLCC materials,as well as polymer dissolution and BaTiO3 system ceramic powder particles,was briefly introduced.The test principle was made a simple analysis, finally, the main content of this thesis topic and research significance are put forward.The analysis of the main solvent of choice was made in Chapter 2.First of all, the selected organic solvent was able to dissolve pvb, then, the choose solvent owned good dispersion to the ceramic powder particles.Finally, through the two parts of the request, butanone and ethyl acetate will be on the following serials experiments.In Chapter 3,BH-3 was use to the Binder with the three solvents to experiment. Then, the experimental products were analyzed.The stability of the suspension effect was studied by changing the added amount of Binder, and the reasons for different flow curve were explained. Ultimately the Binder content of 30wtï¼…in the suspension is the most stable. Finally, ethyl acetate took place of toluene with BH-3 for the Binder, according to the stability of suspension and ceramic particles dispersed in solution.In Chapter 4, B-79 for the Binder, methods of experiments were similar to the ones in Chapter 3.Finally, the Slurry is more stable with the Binder content of 20wt%. ethyl acetate took place of toluene with B-79 for the Binder.The chapter 5 is the conclusion part, summrizing the significance of this research and the main content, as well as the conclusions of this paper.The thesis has successfully studied solvent solubility for two types of PVB,and did Binder, Slurry performance testing and ceramic powders in the Slurry, sheet film of the dispersion preparation.Finally, the alternative solvent toluene was determined in the MLCC,the solvent is non-toxic environmental protection, safety, price and toluene considerable,as well as use performance parameter of each component of the production process of MLCC of meeting the requirement of Samsung Group and the product to achieve the required performance.
