With industrial production and the rapid development of urbanization, the environment we live have been increasingly serious pollution. By electroplating, mining, metallurgy, chemical industry waste water containing heavy metals generated by the potential harm, especially mercury, chromium, arsenic, lead and heavy metals, has significant biological toxicity of trace concentrations can be toxic. Currently wastewater containing heavy metal ions are mainly in the treatment and precipitation, sulfide precipitation, ion exchange, adsorption and biological flocculation, etc. Each method has advantages, but it also has its constraints on.This study focused on Jinchuan Group Ltd. wastewater treatment station containing heavy metals. Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd. is a mining, dressing, smelting, chemical supporting large-scale non-ferrous metallurgy, chemical industry joint ventures, in the production process produces a large number of nickel, zinc, copper, cobalt and other heavy metal ions. The existing waste water treatment station containing heavy metals due to the design, the increase in volume of wastewater and other reasons, has been gradually adapt the existing wastewater treatment, so its has been transformed. This paper studies the content is original containing heavy metals through wastewater treatment station and the transformation of waste water containing heavy metals after treatment station to investigate the original wastewater treatment plant problems were analyzed; on an analysis of existing processes introduced; and for the transformation of the sewage treatment plant after the treatment facilities at the import, export regulation pool and treatment facilities were monitored for monitoring the results of the correlation analysis. After analysis, obtained the following conclusions:(1) modified wastewater treatment system after the removal efficiency of heavy metal ions on average up to 86.91%, Zn, Cu, Ni and Co were higher than the average treatment efficiency of 95%, the average treatment efficiency of the Ni 98.24%, the study The average removal efficiency of heavy metal ions is the order:Ni> Zn> Cu> Co> As> Pb> Cd> Cr6+> Cr. After treatment, wastewater can discharge standards; (2) of some heavy metals in water and their removal efficiency is a certain relationship, such as Cd, Zn, Ni, Pb, hexavalent chromium, the concentration curve and the removal of water efficiency of a similar trend; (3) in the same pH, metal type on the removal efficiency to a certain extent, Ni> Zn> Cu> Co> Pb> Cd> Cr6+> Cr; (4) under the same pH values, Cd and Pb, Cd and As, Zn and Cu, As, and Cr6+, As and Cr, Cr6+, and Cr has a similar removal efficiency trend; (5) pH in the 8.0 to 9.0 conditions, Zn (OH) 2 solubility minimum; 7.0~9.0 pH conditions, Cu (OH) 2 solubility minimum; pH 9.5~10.0 in the conditions, Cd (OH) 2 solubility minimum; pH 10.3~11.2 in the conditions, Pb (OH) 2 solubility minimum.
