Fault Simulation Of Oil Wells Drilling Process And Control Technique Research

Drill string is an important tool in drilling process. Because it contact between drill stem and casing-pipe wall, several fault happen on the drill string in the course of drilling. In order to prevent these problems, people have done some reseearh and lots of control methods have been proposed.But, the source of drill stem's fault is still that drill stem under the force and deforms.so failure simulation of drill stem must be dominated by mechanical analysis and get the weakness.This paper takes oil drilling for the research objective, researching for mechanical parameter and vibration parameter of oil drilling.Three-dimensional digital drilling model has been established by soild part of ANSYS.A finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to work on the static analysis for oil drilling of Weight,Drilling pressure, Torque, under three operating conditions.We can get the drill string's stress and strain characteristics. Test out the weaknesses and the easy fault location of the drill string. Modal analysis has extraction of the frequency bands of the top ten and mode shapes by ANSYS software,and analyze the structure of work in a normal environment,Get the resonance frequency and speed. Obtained Stress, displacement variation of oil drill through the analysis of transient dynamics, Point to the occurrence of failure to provide the theoretical basis for simulation.And in the article, based on wavelet packet neural network fault diagnosis, using wavelet denoising and neural networks for diagnosis, This can effectively and accurately judge the failure of the underground. Finally,the paper introduced effective control methods of common drill string vibration and deviation problem.Provided the basis and direction for the drill string failure of the general state of the treatment.
