With the continuous progress of iron and steel smelting technology, and technology competition becomes more intense, steel steel keep the high value-added, high-tech development, and to adapt to low-carbon steel, low carbon steel and clean steel smelting process on the fire-resistant steel materials, technology needs, refractories technology towards cleaner, low-cost direction. In this paper, alumina preform a performance of spinel and a-Al2O3 powder, SiO2 powder, ZrO2 powder, MgO powder, ZrO2-MgO (1:1 complex) powder of the corundum castable impact of a spinel, the following conclusions:1. Obtained by orthogonal experimental design, a-A1203 powder, SiO2 powder, ZrO2 powder, MgO powder, ZrO2-MgO (1:1 complex) powder spinel castables of corundum of a primary and secondary effects of the order of To:SiO2 powder, ZrO2 powder, a-Al2O3 powder, ZrO2-MgO (1:1 complex) powder, MgO powder, and in the casting compound a-Al2O3 powder optimal dosage of 3%, SiO2 powder most best dosage of 1%, ZrO2 powder optimal dosage of 3.5%, MgO powder optimal dosage of 3.5%, ZrO2-MgO (1:1 complex) powder of the optimum dosage of 2%2. Corundum-spinel castable zirconia by adding an appropriate amount of additives are reinforcing the role which can improve the compressive strength of castable, and the bulk density of the sample with the amount of ZrO2 added the increase of porosity with the amount of ZrO2 added increases.3. Corundum-spinel castable powder by adding an appropriate amount of MgO castable can occur at high temperature spinel reaction, the reaction of spinel to strengthen the matrix, improving the material's high temperature strength and resistance to slag corrosion. However, when magnesia will be due by excessive burning of organizations resulting from the intensity of relaxation of the material. 4. Studies show that the amount of ZrO2-MgO (1:1 complex) powder after replacing spinel powder of conventional alumina spinel castable performance was less affected.5. Maintain the same total amount of matrix in the powder case, spinel and corundum with spinel crystal degree of integration between the aluminum content varies. Aluminum content of 78% spinel content than the aluminum content of 65% and 90% aluminum spinel and corundum crystal degree of integration between the good, the sample with high intensity.
